| When returning a product, you must contact Intoactive via telephone or e-mail.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for goods purchased if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Universal remote controls will be refunded should they not be compatible with your device.
Goods that are returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase along with the reason for their return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Sorry, but we do not refund postage/shipping/handling costs on returns. Return postage/shipping/handling costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent by us.
